AllDayFBA LLC dba 24/7 Profits engages the third-party services below to operate the Services. Each subprocessor is bound by a written contract requiring confidentiality and protection of personal data on terms no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum.
We notify Customers (and update this page) at least 14 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes Customer Personal Data, in line with Section 5 of the DPA. Material changes are also announced by email to organizational customers who opt in to subprocessor change notifications. Subscribe by emailing privacy@247profits.org with the subject "Subprocessor Change Notifications".
We do not sell, rent, or share Customer Personal Data with marketing partners, ad networks, data brokers, or any party not listed above. AI inference subprocessors (Anthropic, OpenAI) are configured for zero-retention API access — no Customer Personal Data is used to train their models.
Questions or Objections
If you have a reasonable, data-protection-grounded objection to a subprocessor, contact us at privacy@247profits.org within 30 days of the change notification. We will work in good faith to address the objection. If unresolved, your sole remedy is to terminate the affected Services with a pro-rated refund of pre-paid fees for unused time (Section 5(d) of the DPA).
