24/7 PROFITS — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who accesses the 24/7 Profits Services, including the website, the Software, the Discord community, group calls, and any related programs (the "Services"). By accessing the Services you agree not to use them in any of the ways listed below. Violation of this AUP is grounds for immediate access termination without refund (subject to Section 5 of the Terms of Service) and may result in legal action.
1. Account and Access
You may not:
- Share, sell, lease, or sublicense your account credentials
- Use automation, scripts, or browser extensions to interact with the Software in a way that bypasses rate limits, search caps, credit gates, or other access controls
- Create more than one account per individual without our written approval
- Access the Services after we have terminated your account, including by signing up under a different name or payment method
2. Content and Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any individual, including our team, other customers, or Discord community members
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise unlawful content
- Spam, mass-DM, scrape, or otherwise extract content or contacts from other community members
- Recruit other customers into competing programs or unrelated MLM / income opportunities
- Share content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights
3. Software Misuse
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our written authorization
- Bypass authentication, billing, or feature-gating logic
- Use the Software's outputs to build a derivative or competing service
- Train AI models on, redistribute, or resell content from the Software, the training library, or community
4. Recording and Privacy
You may not:
- Record, screen-capture, or transcribe sessions, calls, or community channels in a way that violates the recording-disclosure rules of the session, the Terms of Service Section 4, or any applicable wiretap or recording-consent law
- Share session recordings outside the program
- Post other members' personal information (real name, address, phone, email) without their explicit consent
5. Payments and Disputes
You may not:
- File a chargeback or payment reversal without first attempting resolution through Settings → Feedback → Refund Request (Section 6 of the Terms of Service)
- Use a stolen card, false billing identity, or another person's payment method without authorization
- Coordinate with other customers to file disputes against us in concert
6. Discord-Specific
The Discord community is a privilege, not a right. In addition to the rules above:
- Follow the channel topics and the pinned community guidelines
- Do not post in voice channels with the recording disclosure visible unless you accept that the channel is recorded
- Do not impersonate moderators, staff, or coaches
7. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations: abuse@247profits.org. We investigate every report.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and documented strike on your account
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of access without refund (Terms of Service Sections 5, 6)
- Legal action and/or referral to law enforcement
- Addition to our internal blocklist preventing future purchases of any program we operate
