24/7 PROFITS — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is the plain-language summary of how refunds work at AllDayFBA LLC dba 24/7 Profits. The binding provisions are in Sections 2, 6, and 7 of our Terms of Service. Where this Policy and the Terms differ, the Terms control.
TL;DR
- Coaching, training, software access, community membership, and digital materials are services rendered upon access grant. Once we grant access, the work has been delivered — and no refund will be issued.
- If something is genuinely wrong, email support@247profits.org or use Settings → Feedback → Refund Request inside the Software first. We respond within 48 business hours.
- Filing a chargeback before contacting us is a material breach of our Terms. It revokes your access immediately and triggers the consequences in Section 6 of the Terms.
- A performance guarantee, where offered, is enforced by extended access and additional support, not by monetary refund.
1. What "All Sales Final" Means
When you purchase any 24/7 Profits offering — Course, Accelerator, Inner Circle, Inner Circle + Sabbo 1:1, SaaS subscription, credit pack, add-on, or specialty product — you are buying access to a service, not a refundable product. The moment access is granted (account created, content unlocked, software entitlement flipped on, first call held, Discord role assigned), the service has begun and is non-refundable.
This applies regardless of:
- Whether you used the access
- Whether you completed the work, attended the calls, or watched the lessons
- Whether you achieved the result you were hoping for
- Whether you remain satisfied with the Program after-the-fact
- Whether your personal or financial circumstances change
We make this policy explicit because coaching and training do not have a "return the box unopened" condition. The transfer of knowledge, content, and access is the deliverable, and it cannot be undone after the fact.
2. The One Refund Scenario We Will Issue
We will refund — in full, in the original payment method, within ten (10) business days — only in this single case:
Identity verification was requested before access was granted, and verification was not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of request.
In that case the order is voided before access begins, no service has been delivered, and the original payment is returned. This is described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service. No other voluntary-refund scenario exists.
3. Performance Guarantees — How They Work
Some offers include a written performance guarantee. A performance guarantee is enforced by extended access and additional support, not by money back. The exact qualification criteria, duration, and deliverables are listed on your offer page or your individual agreement.
Common forms of guarantee fulfillment:
- Extension of program access for an additional 30 / 60 / 90 days
- Additional 1-on-1 sessions or AEI sessions
- Substituted access to a different tier or asset of equivalent value
A performance guarantee never overrides Section 2 of the Terms (No Refunds) or Section 6 (Chargeback Waiver).
4. The Right Way to Raise an Issue
If you have a problem, start here, not with your bank:
- Open the Software → Settings → Feedback → Refund Request, OR email support@247profits.org with subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
- Briefly describe the issue and what outcome you'd like
- We will respond within 48 business hours
- We will work toward a resolution that may include extended access, additional support, a tier swap, or other remedies
We treat every request as a real conversation between two operators. We have a documented track record of accommodating reasonable issues — but we do not accommodate buyer's remorse, change of mind, or threats of chargeback. That kind of pressure has the opposite of the intended effect — it pushes the conversation into the legal procedure described in Section 6 of the Terms.
5. Chargebacks — What Happens When You File One
A chargeback or payment dispute filed without first attempting resolution through the Refund Request channel is, per Section 6 of the Terms:
- A material breach of the Terms
- Grounds for immediate revocation of access to the Program, the Software, the Discord community, and any related programs you may hold with us
- Grounds for our recovery from you of (a) the disputed amount if our defense is upheld, (b) all chargeback fees imposed on us by the processor or our bank ($15-$25 per dispute, subject to schedule), and (c) reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs
- Grounds for adding your contact details to our internal blocklist, preventing future purchases of any program we operate
We will defend every chargeback we believe to be filed in violation of Section 6 using all evidence available — access logs, course progress, payment history, signed Terms acceptance, and recordings and transcripts of calls per Section 4 of the Terms. We win the substantial majority of chargebacks we contest.
6. Subscription Cancellations — Different from Refunds
For monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions:
- You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or by emailing support@247profits.org. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
- You retain access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the cycle.
- For annual plans paid in full, no pro-rated refund is issued for unused months.
7. Disputes That Reach Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Refund Request channel within fourteen (14) days will be resolved through binding arbitration before JAMS or AAA in Florida, USA, before a single arbitrator (Section 14 of the Terms). You waive any right to participate in a class action.
